Q: How do I contact the Arbor Park Apartments Leasing Office?

A: Please contact us by email, phone or in person.

Q: What does the rent include?

A: Arbor Park pays for water, sewer and trash.  The resident is responsible for the remaining utilities. Contact the Leasing Office for further details.

Q: Is parking available?

A: Yes. Parking is available on-site. However, you may need a parking decal. Contact the Leasing Office for specific parking details.

Q: Do you have an on-site laundry facility or connections?

A: Each unit has laundry connections.  If you have further questions, please contact the Leasing Office for details.

Q: Do you have maintenance staff?

A: Yes. We have maintenance available during office hours as well as 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Q: What lease terms do you offer?

A: We offer 12-month leases.

Q: Is there a security deposit and is it refundable?

A: A refundable security deposit of $225 is required prior to move-in. Upon move-out, your apartment will be inspected for damage above normal wear and tear. Cost to repair damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the security deposit and the remainder of the deposit will be refunded.

Q: Are pets allowed?

A: Pets are not allowed at Arbor Park at this time. Service animals may be allowed if approved by corporate. Please ask the leasing office for more details.

Q: Do I need renters insurance?

A: It is strongly recommended that you secure renters insurance. Residents are responsible for securing renters insurance as the property, owner, or Management Company are not responsible for damage or loss of personal property.
